Shipping. Packages are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment (exclude saturday/sunday/holidays/weather & acts of nature). Most items are shipped via usps, however some larger or specialty items may be shipped by other methods such as ups, fedex, dhl or other services most economicial for the buyer. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We love to combine shipping but this is done ta the seller's discretion. Shipping insurance is required on all of our items. Please do not ask us to remove the shipping insurance fee, we require it on all shipments. If the package is damaged or lost, the shipper eats the cost not the buyer, so as a seller of consignment items we take this precaution wiht all listings! Returns. Although it is rare, returns are accepted under the following guidelines buyer must contact seller within 3 days of receiving the item with any problems. The buyer must notifiy and get approval from the seller before returning any items or your refund will be void. Items must be return postmarked within 7 days of receipt of item unless other arrangements have been made.Any sealed or boxed items must be returned unopened ni their original state. If the item is damaged, seller will send buyer instructions for assisting in filing a claim. Damaged items must be brought to teh carrier by the buyer, if a damaged item is shipped/returned to the seller the insurance is void on the item. Failure to comply with the above policies mya result in a refund not being issued. The bueyr is responsible for return shipping costs.
